The Heritage Corridor Festivals Hospitality Scholarship is a one-time scholarship ranging up to $1,000 per recipient.  Each scholarship award must be used during the following academic year (including summer semester) to cover costs incurred for tuition, fees, and/or books.  Students must live and attend High School, College, or University within the Heritage Corridor region (see our area by clicking here).

You are invited to apply for the Heritage Corridor Festivals Hospitality Scholarship if you meet the following qualifications

  • You are pursuing (or planning to pursue) a degree in hospitality industry (Tourism, Hotel Management, Event Planning) in a college or university within the Heritage Corridor region.
  • You have a minimum of one year of leadership experience in clubs or organizations.
  • You are a US citizen or permanent US resident.
  • Have a minimum 2.75 GPA on a 4.0 scale
  • You are either:
    • A graduating high school senior or undergraduate students enrolled in full-time (12 credit hours) college in the Heritage Corridor region.
    • Currently enrolled in at least 6 credit hours per semester at a college in the Heritage Corridor region and are also employed a minimum of 20 hours per week in the hospitality industry.
